Mr. Chase is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park. He is also a graduate of the Landmark Forum and the Introduction to the Forum Leaders program. A recipient of the 2001 Martin Luther King Lifetime Achievement Award for community service, creator of the See It ThroughTM leadership and mentoring program, and the creator of the child safety board game (Scenarios).
He is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and has served on the boards of the Vancouver Police Activities League ( P.A.L.), Martial Artists Against Drugs (M.A.A.D.), and Soul River Runs Deep. He has been featured on Evening News, Northeast and other TV talk shows.
